I have notice that when adding a new article on the article tree, it would take the last selected article as the parent. Should'nt that it should be taking the last selected article's parent as  parent? In this way when i am on an inline page editing (not using article management) i could simple add articles as siblings. This is specially true if i am creating News Articles where i am just adding News Articles and Not News Category.

Yes, that was a resent bug added from some other changes we made.  It has since been fixed so please get the latest drop of SCS to get around that.
